No Curfew For Miami-Dade Restaurants & Bars This Weekend

Miami-Dade restaurants and bars have been waiting for the midnight curfew to be lifted for nine months. Businesses lucky enough to survive COVID shutdowns are hoping this means crowds will start coming back to near pre-pandemic levels. Adam Gersten with Gramps Wynwood says he's banking on a packed bar this weekend-since business has been off by about 70-percent in the pandemicHe says he's tight on staff which is a universal problem for the food and beverage industry across the country right now. He expects restaurants and bars to take at least a year-if not longer-to recover.
