The Palm Beach County School Board has approved a Bezos Academy tuition-free preschool to open at an elementary school.
The Montessori-inspired preschool will be located at Roosevelt Elementary in West Palm Beach and it's aimed at low income families.
Bezos Academy was started by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and they provide the children with meals, educational materials and field trips.
This local preschool will feature five classrooms and will have space for one hundred students.
No opening date is set.
