A rescue operation flight carrying evacuated Jewish Americans from Israel lands safely in Miami. Judy Elias with Heroes to Heroes was in the middle of a ten-day mission with a group of thirty-three veterans who had to go to the Jordanian border to get a flight out. She says it was chaotic, but they managed to make it onto the plane after a sixty-hour travel ordeal. The group had been in shelters since sirens began sounding last Tuesday amid Iran airstrikes. Governor Ron DeSantis is helping to coordinate flights and cruises for stranded Floridians.
