The first meeting to discuss Phase Two of "Redefining Schools" begins in Broward tonight. School Board Member Dr. Allen Zeman says sixteen elementary, fifteen middle and three high schools are on the list with enrollment below seventy percent of the school's capacity. Phase one resulted in the closing of one elementary school and the conversion of four others into k-through-8 facilities. There will be eight meetings throughout the county until the end of the month. A final decision is expected before the end of the year.
